An avid tomato farmer himself who uses his business to employ youth and supply local marketeers, Kaire focuses his policy efforts on expanding irrigation infrastructure, improving agricultural supply lines, and utilizing the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to support cooperative micro-grants
