Jane Keyala is an aspiring Councillor for Samuteba Ward in Mwinilunga East Constituency. A proud daughter of Samuteba, she was born and raised in the community she now seeks to serve. With a background in Public Administration and local government, Jane is committed to accountable, transparent, and people-centred leadership. She believes in listening to residents, working collaboratively with the Council, and effectively utilising the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to deliver sustainable development for every household in Samuteba.

Priorities
Water & Healthcare: Increase access to clean water through additional boreholes and strengthen Samuteba Health Post with essential medicines and medical equipment. Roads & Markets: Improve feeder roads and upgrade market shelters to support traders, particularly women. Youth & Women Empowerment: Leverage the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to expand skills training, access to loans, and support for cooperatives. Education: Improve learning conditions by providing desks, learning materials, and increased access to bursaries for pupils. Agriculture: Support farmers with improved access to farming inputs, extension services, and reliable markets to increase incomes.
