About
Engineer George Mamonwa II is a prominent Zambian electrical engineer, entrepreneur, and politician. A graduate of the Copperbelt University, he founded Geonsi Engineering Limited in 2017. His business initiatives and dedication to youth employment earned him a Presidential "Job Creation" Award from President Hakainde Hichilema. A dedicated community leader born and raised in Luanshya, Mamonwa is the United Party for National Development (UPND) parliamentary candidate for the Luanshya Central Constituency. He is widely recognized for his local philanthropy, including donating vehicles to community groups and funding regional development and party projects.
