About
Shadreck Mwansa Katuta is a 29-year-old aspiring Member of Parliament for Lupososhi Constituency on the United Party for National Development (UPND) ticket. A business graduate and youth-focused leader, he is contesting the 2026 General Election with a vision of unlocking Lupososhi's economic potential through agriculture, skills development, infrastructure, and innovation. He is committed to empowering communities, creating opportunities for young people, and delivering sustainable development that improves livelihoods across the constituency.

Priorities
Agriculture & Rural Development: Promote diversified agriculture through ward-based farming groups, value addition, and improved market access using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). Youth Skills & Employment: Equip at least 1,000 young people annually with vocational and entrepreneurial skills to enhance employment and self-reliance. Infrastructure Development: Improve roads, public facilities, and government infrastructure to enhance service delivery across the constituency. Education & Skills Development: Expand access to quality education and strengthen technical and vocational training opportunities. Digital Connectivity: Improve digital infrastructure to support learning, business, and innovation. Healthcare: Strengthen health infrastructure and improve access to quality healthcare services. Social Protection: Enhance support for vulnerable households through inclusive social protection programmes. Youth Participation: Foster active youth involvement in leadership, governance, and local development initiatives.
